Sampling is a project that we’re currently working on. Mark Ronson is a sampling artist. Sampling is where you take bits and pieces of other songs or sounds to create your own music, beat, and song. On the app GarageBand we use the sampling setting to use sounds and make our own beat. We can press the start button and record our name then stop it and listen as we press different keys on the keyboard or strum different strings on the guitar to get different pitches of you saying your name. You can record the final beat that you make with your name and add other sounds to make a song out of it.
